Seminars and weekends
The major portion of our teaching occurs on weekends and in seminars lasting several days. Our seminars take place in centers that have optimal conditions for learning. They provide the meditative framework for concentration on the exercises and the deepening and internalizing of what is learned. The daily routine can be left behind. This not only supports learning itself. It permits the participants, even the beginner, to profit from the harmonious effects of T’ai Chi Ch’uan in various ways.

Calmness of the mind, Relaxation of the body
Liveliness, Attention to full and empty
You can easily move your opponent out of a circle
Movement led by the mind equals pulling a silken thread from a cocoon
Connect up and down
The hips are in the center of the movement
Harmony and naturalness in everything
